5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Calpe Villa 1033.
Pleasant holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed on one floor.
INTERIOR: This magnificent villa has a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV, access to the glazed terrace and to the pool, from which we can also access the dining room and the independent kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with a double bed each, all three have an en suite bathroom, two with shower and one with a bathtub. A bedroom with double bed which does not have windows. In addition there is a toilet.
EXTERIOR: Large partially enclosed plot with a large 9x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is a covered barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. 2-3 vehicles can be parked on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Oltamar" given the tranquility and proximity. The nearest beach is only 4.4 km away, the center of Calpe is 4.2 km away and the nearest supermarket is only 3.6 km from the house.
OBSERVATIONS: There is no internet. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
