Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large balcony, terrace roofed, garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. For shared use: terraced garden with plants, natural garden. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 01.04.-15.11.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, sandy beach "Plage d'Agosta" 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.
