On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom, without window. 1 room, without window with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Large patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. The house has an external kitchenette with a 4-burner stove and a small fridge.

Private: garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (30 m2, 01.04.-31.10.). Outdoor shower. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 7.5 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 7.5 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Bianca" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 12 km. Please note: car recommended.
