This property was perfect for my extended family. Great location. Nice community pool and lazy river.... Rooms were a decent size so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The community entrance gate keepers were friendly and helpful. Now for things that could improve. Although it’s known that the pool spa temperature takes 24+ hrs to warm, I think it would courteous if property management turned the heat on asap prior to our stay. I understand that guests prior may not have wanted the spa heated but 2 days with tepid spa water was disappointing especially when you pay for 4 days. The house was reasonably clean but in need of a deep clean. There was a opened rotten banana in the closet of one room. The door and sliding door glass leading to the pool could use a once over. Looked like a dog and toddler had a party on the glass. There were a couple of bugs in the kitchen. That’s also where a deep cleaning would help. Where the trash can is kept, there are stains on the island walls and crumbs in the baseboards. Crumbs in the handles of the dish washers also. I read a recent reviews and was nervous for my upcoming stay. I reached out to the owner and was ass...ured the issues were addressed. When I arrived, I was very impressed. Yes, there were “minor issues” but nothing dramatic. A loose button on the sofa. No toilet tissue in the bathrooms. Like I said, minor. The house was freshly cleaned. The towels were stocked well. The rooms were were comfy. The pool was cleaned. Double fridge, dish washers definitely helped. Washer & dryer on both levels is a PLUS! My family enjoyed their stay. Our family ranged in ages of 6 weeks to 62 years and this property had something for everyone. The g...randkids loved the pool, spa, and lazy river. Grandpa and Dad enjoyed the lake right in the backyard. The wildlife and scenery (easily photographed) at the lake was awesome. Grandma and moms really appreciated that the resort with the lazy river and big slide was within walking distance and easily accessed with a stroller. The pool and spa was just off the kitchen dining area and lower level sitting area with sliding glass doors in each of those areas for easy access and viewing of the kids by all. The fact that the beds were all big was great for a tall teenage boy. The TV's in all rooms allowed for easy gaming. The foosball table upstairs and the pool table and ping pong table in the downstairs game room allowed for uncrowded use by the kids and adults alike. Bedrooms downstairs were great for grandparents not really relishing climbing stairs. Sitting rooms upstairs and downstairs was also convenient. We love the house and location. This is upcoming area so the cell phone signal is weak. The owner pr...ovides Internet but it is only strong in certain parts of the house. The property manager provided exceptional service and responded to my needs quickly. There are plenty of restaurants within mins of the house.
