5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Ibiza Villa 1030. This is a luxurious and charming 4 bedroom villa with an outstanding sea view, wonderful terraces and is perfectly located only 20 metres from the beach.
The famous NIKKI BEACH is only 500 metres away and it is close to many nice restaurants, bars and other amenities. There is also the possibility to rent a boat in front of the house.
OUTDOOR AREAS
There is a beautiful swimming pool (10m x 4m), with a spacious sunbathing area equipped with several sun loungers surrounding it and an outdoor dining area with BBQ.
The property is fully alarmed and totally fenced off with a private gate.
LIVING AREAS
All areas of the house are fully air conditioned and have access to WiFi.
