      So as not to reveal every dramatic feature at once, a light-filled foyer and stairway greets you at the ground level entrance. For those sparkling views of Wategos, make your way up the stairs to the second level or simply take the lift and you’ll find a vast open plan dining, kitchen and living area. Sink into the comfort of the multiple lounges in the living room as you enjoy uninterrupted ocean views.

      In the dining area, you’ll see it’s not only the ocean that sparkles as this space features a large dining table, glamourous lighting and a fireplace. The luxurious features continue in the contemporary kitchen where a long island offers ample preparation space as well as seating. Off the living room, two walls of floor to ceiling retractable doors create an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

      Soak up the sun on the large terrace and in the heated pool. An outdoor kitchen, bar and stylish dining table takes care of lazy lunches and evening drinks, while the outdoor lounges cater to peaceful starry nights. Also on this second floor is a second entrance and a media room. Back on the first floor you’ll find suites one and two along with a media room.

     Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm. Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood.

     These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond. Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
