     Gold Coast Villa 1014 is a modern and spacious beachfront home situated on exclusive Hedges Ave in Mermaid Beach, right in the heart of the Gold Coast. The house has been beautifully renovated throughout and enjoys sea breezes and plenty of natural light.

     The ground floor features 2 large bedrooms, one with ensuite, a full bathroom, laundry, garage with internal access, a steam room, and a spacious rumpus room with a table tennis table. The rumpus room leads onto the ground floor outdoor entertaining area featuring a bbq and large dining table.

     The backyard comprises a large sun filled swimming pool with fountain and a large inground trampoline, making it perfect for families. And of course, take a few extra steps and the sand is between your toes and you are on the beach.
