The common spaces are found predominately on the Ground Floor, with the heart of the home an open-concept fully equipped kitchen and family room where you can perch at the breakfast bar or share a bottle of wine with the wood fire glowing in the winter months, or perhaps cuddle up as a family in one of the two TV rooms and watch your favorite movie. Its contemporary gourmet kitchen features chef-grade appliances along with an island prep area and butler’s pantry that boasts our signature tea and coffee station.
