Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (160 cm), air conditioning. Bath/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The double bedroom on the ground floor can only be accessed from the outside.

Hydro massage bath (extra). 0.7 km long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 8.5 km, supermarket 15 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 48 km. The wellness area can only be used for a maximum of 7 consecutive days per stay (on order, payment on-site).
