This is a beautifully furnished house - private and secluded yet a short drive from the charming tow...n of Sansepolcro as well as large supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We particularly enjoyed the large external and internal dining areas (we were happy to find the kitchen very well-equipped plus bbq area) as well as the spa and games room. Our favourite thing about the property, however, was the picturesque stream and wooded area adjoining the house: perfect for walking, exploring and even bathing. Read More

We were very happy about the house in general and had a lovely vacation! The countryside and forests... around the house are beautiful and offer a good chance to go hiking. There are some points that should be mentioned: Important to keep in mind that phones might not work at the house, the internet connection was also very unreliable. The contracts and guides would be nice to have in English. The river is pretty but it should be mentioned if it is safe to swim there beforehand. Read More
