Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 120 m2. The holiday home "Riviera degli Etruschi Villa 1005" is located on the plain between Cecina (6km) and Bolgheri (11km), surrounded by meadows and olive groves, in a spacious garden with palm trees, olive trees, cypresses and lavender bushes, only a few kilometers from the sea. The property includes an approximately 1600mq fenced plot of land, from which the view extends to the sea. Beautiful house "Riviera degli Etruschi Villa 1005", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and fields. In a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (8 x 12 m, 22.05.-24.09.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 4 km, railway station "Cecina" 7 km, thermal baths "Donoratico" 18 km. Marina 22 km.
