The house is really nice and spacious. It is great for large or multiple families traveling together.... The kids really enjoyed having a private pool. The house could use a little more attention to detailed cleanliness. I also did not give a full 5 stars as there was unclear communication about needing to purchase access cards per vehicle to the resort. Also, even though we paid for the pool heat prior to arrival, it was not warm until the evening of the following day. The AC also was not responding and I had to message the owner twice for a response. They had someone come out, but they did not arrive until the morning we were leaving so it didn't really help us. Overall, nice with just some small issues with cleanliness and communication. Read More

This is the second time we have stayed in Emerald Island Resort (in different houses). This resort i...s very quiet and safe. Also is very close to Disney parks with easy access. There is a Walmart, Publix, and many restaurants within a mile of the resort. We will stay in the same resort in the future. We are also hoping to purchase a home in the resort in serveral years. The house was clean and as described. We had very fast responses from the management company. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator and we called maintenance. They were there in 15 minutes to resolve the issue. We had a very nice vacation at this location. Read More

This villa provided an outstanding and super inexpensive alternative to a hotel or on-site room for ...local attractions. More than enough space, the pool was great, and the kids loved the game room. Everything worked very well. The place was clean, and the bare essentials were there. Beds were soft for our likings and we had a hard time operating the TV and gaming systems, but that wasn’t a priority for us, so not a big issue. Also, the resort was having work done at the gate, so entrance times were sometimes very long, but that was probably a time-limited issue and beyond anyone’s control.
