Peace and privacy abound in this resplendent family home located in the coastal country beauty of the south-eastern Mornington Peninusula.Sunseekers and entertainers will adore the inviting outdoor lifestyle featuring a luxurious pool, pizza oven, courtyard and manicured lawns.Families are also well catered to indoors as Melbourne Villa 1036 contains five-bedrooms, kids lounge area and a relaxing, free flowing floor plan.
And the tranquility extends to the village of Flinders, nearby beaches, wineries and bushland. Melbourne Villa 1036 is an oasis of calm sitting peacefully within the natural environment. The exterior timber cladding is a nod to its coastal location and brings instant warmth. Indoors, natural materials and a neutral palette create a truly tranquil atmosphere and allows the greenery of the outdoors to shine.
The combined living, dining and kitchen sits under high ceilings of exposed wooden beams and is well connected to the outdoors. A fireplace creates a cosy mood in the living room and there’s ample seating for the family to gather. The charming dining area and modern rustic kitchen are close by so the conversation can easily flow.
There’s also a laid-back separate lounge area designed for the kids, allowing for all guests to find a space to retreat. Fun and entertainment awaits in the privacy of the spacious yard which caters for every season.
