Dining room with dining table, dining nook and tiled stove. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Bath/shower, shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. When booking at the rate for 6 persons not available: the bedroom on the 2nd floor and the bedroom without exit to balcony on the 1st floor.
