Ibiza Villa 1034 is a beautiful new villa, completely fenced with total privacy, located between San Rafael and San Antonio on a plot of 3,000 m2. The house with a total construction of 330 metres is located in a beautiful rural area.
Outside features a spacious 16 metre long pool with jacuzzi and plenty of sunny or shady areas in which to relax.
Prepare delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ located by the pool, then dine Al Fresco beneath the cosy covered terrace with chill out area.
Inside, the spacious living room with satellite TV opens onto the large covered terrace, while the modern gloss kitchen features all modern appliances.
There are 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including a separate guest house with 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom.
