Complete with multiple large wrap-around balconies, this recently renovated holiday home offers a large inground, fully fenced swimming pool, stunning ocean views, multiple dining areas, four bedrooms plus separate media room with double sofa bed and two golf buggies.

The house is air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in most rooms as well as on the balcony.

The four large bedrooms (plus separate media room which can be converted to a 5th bedroom with double sofa bed) all offer beautiful ocean views. Two single floor mattresses or air mattresses can be provided at an extra fee if required (please ask when booking). There are three modern bathrooms plus a powder room. Two bathrooms offer spa baths and separate showers and one a bath with separate shower.

One of the many special features of this holiday home is the upper and lower furnished large decks with unparalleled ocean views. The upper deck is the perfect place from which to comfortably enjoy al-fresco dining, which is made easy with a state of the art BBQ, and the contemporary 10 seater outdoor dining setting. This area leads out from the open plan kitchen and dining area through sliding doors. The dining room table also sits 10 guests comfortably. In addition, there is a separate sitting area with the outdoor lounge on the upstairs deck.

The brand new lower deck is massive and enjoys some of the best ocean views the island has to offer. Fully furnished with comfortable outdoor lounges, sun lounges and sun umbrella, this fabulous space is sure to be enjoyed. The deck also offers a huge swimming pool.

The Whitsunday Islands Villa 1032 features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a range of quality appliances as well as dinnerware, cookware, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso Coffee Machine and anything else to make self-catering easy.

The beautifully furnished living room is framed by the outstanding views, and is the perfect retreat for a cosy night in front the Sony Audio Blue Tooth entertainment system, complete with Blue Ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs for all ages; or else you can relax on the large comfortable couches playing one of the many board games that are also provided.
