In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Bevagna 24 km, Spello 30 km, Spoleto 34 km, Assisi 40 km, Perugia 50 km, Orvieto 52 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. It's private and secluded, and was just perfect for our multi-generational family get-together.
