Wow from the start of this process to the very end we Love ❤️ the house and the owner! She answered ...every question and fixed any issues immediately!! (Hot tub filter was full so it did not bubble but was fixed within 24 hrs) A few tips: 7 people will use 2 four packs of TP also, you will need 2 small coffee and creamers! Kids LOVED the game room and so did adults! It’s a very nice quite area with locked and monitored gates! Walmart is a zoo!!! Go to public’s! Did I say CLEAN?!!!!! With the shorter park hours it was great to come back to the house & have plenty of space to relax &... hang out int the hot tub/ pool. We had no issues during our stay. The property was well furnished and overall very clean. They were quick to get back to us about addi...ng a car once we arrived, as well as helping us get an item we forgot after we checked out. The pool was much cleaner than the property that my sister stayed in down the road, and we really appreciated that. Knowing there are likely kids staying, a few plastic plates, bowls, and cups would be nice - but that's being very picky. It was very easy to rent. The minute I walked in the house the house was very clean and smelled very... good. It had the game room to keep my kids busy. Beautiful home, did take pics of some things we noticed upon arrival so that we had proof they were ...already there such as stains on carpet etc. the screen was torn hanging over pool, pool was very dirty (we contacted them and it took 4 days for them to take care of it but they took care of it. Front gate is a nightmare upon checkin. We had a great time and will go back. The neighborhood is amazing felt very safe. If you have children all the glass tables and decor in this house could be frustrating to have to worry about it wasn’t an issue for us our granddaughter is 2 so we are with her all the time but couldn’t imagine a little older may break something and get hurt by it possibly.
