Wow from the start of this process to the very end we Love ❤️ the house and the owner! She answered ...every question and fixed any issues immediately!! (Hot tub filter was full so it did not bubble but was fixed within 24 hrs) A few tips: 7 people will use 2 four packs of TP also, you will need 2 small coffee and creamers! Kids LOVED the game room and so did adults! It’s a very nice quite area with locked and monitored gates! Walmart is a zoo!!! Go to public’s! Did I say CLEAN?!!!!! My family and I, 7 people total, stayed here for 8 nights in May 2021. The house was very clean and ...exactly as pictured. The pool turned slightly green one day when it was unexpectedly hot out and the management company sent someone by the next afternoon to address it. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. There were extra fans in the closets which was especially useful in the upstairs bedrooms which were a little warm at night . We did not spend as much time in game room as we planned because we were either outside in the pool or at Disney World and there were no rainy days. There are neighbors relatively close on each side and behind the house and I would've preferred more privacy since several of the other guests often had very loud music playing throughout the day and sometimes into the night. Quiet hours started at 10 pm and music was often off or lowered by 11 pm at latest otherwise I was going to call guest services since my kids were trying to sleep.
