Algarve Villa 2921 is a gorgeous 5 bedroom villa with all the makings to for a fantastic holiday. Located in the desirable area of Encosta do Lago, this villa is perfect for those who want to be within walking distance of all the five star facilities that Encosta do Lago and Quinta do Lago has to offer.
This fantastic villa is located just a few minutes walking distance to the lake, where you can enjoy water-sports, the beach, and the ever-popular Shack bar/bistro and the dining experience of Casa do Lago restaurant. This Villa is close by the new Quinta do Lago Sports Center, with wonderful world-class facilities. The Campus hosts a state-of-the-art gym, spa, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle courts, football pitch and the ever-popular restaurant/bar Dano's. The location of this stunning Villa really is great for those who love to be within walking distance of all the main facilities. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has Wi-fi.
LIVING AREAS
This stunning Villa benefits of a very large living room with plenty of natural light, and two lounge areas to choose from. The first sitting area features a fireplace and a snug area to
peacefully enjoy a book or some family time. The second sitting area has a flat-screen TV, perfect to enjoy a movie.
The lounge area has plenty of sitting space and is tastefully decorated. The dining area features a large dining table and seats up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances including a kettle, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, American style fridge/freezer and a central island.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
On the ground floor, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Bedroom one is a twin room (beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with en- suite bathroom and has direct access to the exterior. Bedroom two is a twin room (beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with an en-suite bathroom and has direct access to the swimming pool. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and has direct access to the swimming pool. On the first floor, you will find two more en-suite bedrooms with wide views over Quinta do Lago.
Bedroom four is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The spacious room offers direct access to a small terrace. Bedroom five is a twin room (beds
can be made as a double upon prior request) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a balcony.
OUTSIDE SPACE
In the garden area of Algarve Villa 2921, you have a large swimming pool (heating available at a charge) that is surrounded with a well-kept lawn area. This villa also has a gas BBQ just by the outdoor seating area, which is nicely shaded under a pergola. At the poolside you have 8, super comfortable sun loungers where you will spend many hours relaxing.
