This modern stylish villa is equipped with a suggestive veranda and a day-dreaming swimming pool, awarding the ideal destination for all Ibiza lovers that want to enjoy the beauty of it's surroundings.
The gated community is located in picturesque landscapes surrounded by pine trees and hills. Offering a 24 hours surveillance service, Can Furnet is one of the most exclusive Ibiza's urbanisation, and is just a 10 minute drive from Ibiza Town.
Ibiza Villa 1275 offers 5 generously sized bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 shared bathrooms (rooms dedicated) and an additional shared bathroom with independent WC and shower divided in 2 separate locals, one by the other. The living and kitchen areas are on the 1st floor, opening up to the large veranda including chill out and dining area. A fitness room also resides on the 1st floor.
