     Located in the Kalkan region, Kalkan Villa 1054 is recently built in 2020 and offers great views of the Kalkan Bay and islands, an infinity pool that looks down turquoise water of the Mediterranean, an indoor pool with a heating pump and a 5 storey modern architecture that is designed to host guests in all seasons. The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms and each bedroom has outdoor space(balcony/terrace) and amazing views.

     Pool Terrace: 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols, garden furniture, alfresco dining table for 8 persons, portable BBQ, outdoor mini fridge by the poolside.

     Ground floor: Two sofas, two armchairs, flat screen TV with Netflix extension and satellite connection, Playstation 4, AC, Bluetooth speaker, card and board games.

     Kitchen: Modern appliances including fridge, dish machine, cooker, microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle. Dining table for 8 persons and all the necessary kitchen equipments.

     Bedroom #1: Double bedroom, Crib, TV, AC, wardrobe, bedside table, double vanity, shower, bathroom, and balcony.

     Bedroom #2: Double bedroom, AC, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity, shower, bathroom and shared balcony.

     Bedroom #3: Twin bedroom (two single beds), AC, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity, shower, bathroom, and shared balcony.

     Facilities: All bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables with stools, hangers, private bathrooms, AC, and accesses to terrace/balcony with the Mediterranean view. All bedrooms are large and can accommodate a cot or children's bed
