We had an amazing week in this house. We spent days out on the beach and evenings by the pool. There... was enough space so we weren’t underneath each other. I have small children and they loved every second. The door to the pool has a pool alarm which is great for small kids! Great getaway!

Overall we had a great 6 day stay. We had issues day one with check in the house was not cleaned or ...ready for us to check-in. We had a check in time of 4P.M the house was not cleaned and ready until 6 P.M. that night. The ONE cleaning that cleaned the whole house did a good job. The pool was dirty which meant we had to clean the pool our self, then the pool company came mid day to clean after we had did the majority of the cleaning. The back yard needed to be mowed as well as the walk way to the beach. But as far as the house it self it was a great stay we had 4 little kids, 2 teenagers, and 5 adults. We had an extended family of 13 people stay at this very nice beachfront property. It was very clean... upon arrival. We truly enjoyed the closeness to the beach! There were beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas available for us to use as well. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements for our large group. There was also plenty of space to relax on both levels of the house. The kids in our group really loved the theater room and watched shows every night that we were there. We were walking distance to several restaurants/nightlife and ice cream shops. We would highly recommend this property!!! Read More

We had the pleasure of staying here over Labor Day weekend and it was the perfect place for our larg...e family of 9 adults and 5 small kiddos. We were able to spread out nicely between the two floors. The grassy fenced in backyard was an added bonus for a group with small children as well. The beach was super close with only a short path leading the way and as the house is on a stretch with other homes, the beach isn’t crowded at all. We loved the Pool and for any who may be concerned, they have a safety alarm on the door so no little ones can open the door on their own. The property company was very responsive and friendly - we had a couple of minor issues and they were addressed immediately and had a SUPER fast response time. The house was perfect for a few families. Clean and just like the pictures.

Had a nice stay for my large group . House could use a new paint job. But overall loved the house !!...! Its was nice clean and we enjoyed every minute of it , very close to the beach although the path is a little overgrown but no bother was lots of fun , we loved the movie room and was a great experience ,lots of memories were made . We did see a a few bugs but nothing serious. A/c worked well in case you had any concerns. Also wifi was wonky, and the Pool light didn't work nor did the outside lights work very well.
