5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Villa 1083. Welcome to Solterra Resort. This beautiful pool and spa home, with a pond view, has been awarded our prestigious Grand Collection status. The exterior elevation is eye catching and the interior features a professional furniture package. There are 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, perfect for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The home sleeps a total of 14 and has 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 twins, one bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed with an additional twin bed and a sofa sleeper. The Star Wars themed bedroom and the Rock-n-Roll bedroom will be a huge hit with the little ones and the little ones at heart. The fully furnished kitchen features upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. There is plenty of seating for dining at both the kitchen bar and the large dining room table. The gameroom has billiards and air hockey to ensure some friendly competition. The huge patio, overlooking the conservation area, features a large south facing pool and spa along with chaise loungers for relaxing and a dining table and chairs for dining poolside. The home comes with WIFI and a washer and dryer.
