Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms distributed over three floors.
INTERIOR: This spacious villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR which has a living room with TV SAT/TDT. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and hob. A large bedroom with a double bed and finally there is a bathroom with shower. The MAIN FLOOR consists of a living room with TV SAT/TDT. A kitchen with hob.
Two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with a bathroom with bathtub en suite. A bedroom with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower. In the UPPER FLOOR we will find two bedrooms with double bed each, one with a bathroom with shower en suite and the other with a bathroom with bathtub in suite.
EXTERIOR: Large plot with a 12x5 pool with metal stairs and outdoor shower. A roofed barbecue and a summer kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker. There is also an outside toilet where the washing machine is located. There is parking on the same plot for four vehicles.
The plot is completely closed.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Almendros", given the tranquility of the area and its proximity to the beaches and all services. It is only 400 m from the nearest supermarket and only 1.4 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
