House was nice and clean. I would stay at their places again but one without a pool alarm. The pool ...alarm was so unpleasant. Every time you open the sliding doors and you couldn’t keep the sliding door open. Plus the house next door’s pool alarm was going off the whole morning our second day there. That’s one of the reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of a 5. Also, I paid for the days of pool heat and it didn’t really get heated till our last day there, I only stayed there for 3 nights. I called them on our first day there and they confirmed the heat, I waited the next day to call bc I know it takes hours to heat a pool, they sent maintenance and the guy said it was already set at 86* and he will only bring it up 2* higher. But it didn’t really get heated till our last day there, and it rained most of our last day. So that was a bummer. But it was a clean and a spacious house. Read More

The house overall was amazing. It’s exactly like the pictures online. It’s new and very well kept up.... Some issues we had was the binder didn’t have the wifi password in it (we had to call and get it) and check-in was supposed to be guaranteed by 4pm but when we got there a little after 4pm there was a housekeeper just sitting down on her cellphone. So we left and came back and still 15 minutes later she is in the same spot. So I called 5 Star Villa Holiday and within a few minutes other people showed up on golf carts and we ended up in house by about 4:45pm. Another issue was the Xbox one wasn’t working, we called about it and they must have had someone come when we weren’t there because it worked the morning we were leaving and there was an Xbox one box in the recycling pile outside. Overall 5 Star Villa Holiday was amazing at responding to any and all issues and always had a solution so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! The one thing 5 Star Villa Holiday can’t control is the neighbors you might end up near. The price point for Encore resort makes it more affordable to more party guests with loud music and people being obnoxious nearby. The water park needs some updates and was crowded. Overall for the money this house was great and the location to Disney Resorts was amazing. I have always been one to stay on-site Disney properties and I am glad I tried off-site this time.
