Very spacious house with a private bathroom for all 4 adult rooms which was super convenient. This w...as not the original house we booked, it was the alternate house provided to us after the original house became unavailable. Although we liked the style of the original house much better, we were happy that a solution was provided and the alternate house had more rooms and more bathrooms than the original. Some things to note; the pool heat was not quite working so I would not bother unless it’s fixed. Security will make you get an access card for each vehicle at $20 each, so plan for that. The carpet was stained in some areas and the mattresses are ok not the best, so both could use upgrading but not mayor issues for us. The positives outweighed the negatives. House management was pretty responsive and helpful. Location is great, at just around 15mins or so to Disney Springs. A few rolls of toilet paper and small soaps were provided to get you started, there were plenty of towels in different sizes, house was spacious and again, having so many bathrooms was amazing. This house was within 15 minutes of Disney and had a pool. They also kept a pack and play in the gar...age along with a high chair so we didn’t need to rent anything. That alone makes up for the rest. The carpet was a little dindgy upstairs and the washer and dryer broke which made doing laundry a little frustrating, but when we called to report it they were really helpful and sent someone to fix the washer right away. They also thew in a few days or a heated pool for the inconvenience. The dryer still didn’t work well by the time we left but we used a hair dryer and worked it out. Overall we had a great time. The first picture in the listing is NOT the house but probably a stock ...picture as it’s the same floor plan but flipped with the garage on the left, totally fine just confusing when you arrive and think your at the wrong place. Check in was HORRIBLE. Line was so long, security people had the wrong name on the account, had to go to a separate place to get the key card to come and go- not the owners fault, more an annoyance of the neighborhood, they could really use a better system. Definitely plenty of room for our whole family and extended family to stay and enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation. Minutes from lots of restaurants and the Disney parks which was super nice. The biggest issue were little ants in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms and the smoke detectors were constantly beeping. The first night it was too late to have someone come out, the next day we had maintenance come out and they were suppose to have changed all the batteries but clearly didn’t as another started bleeping that evening. Kitchen had most of the tools needed to cook. Streets in the neighborhood were super crowded, hard to fit our 4 cars in the driveway. The villa is lovely. Great for family’s as one of the adults bedrooms is interconnecting with a chil...d’s room which worked great for us. The only thing I could fault was the cleanliness, and the reason I say this is because there was a lot of dead flys on the window seals going onto the floor.nothing a Hoover didn’t sort out but wasn’t what I was expecting to do as soon as I got in the villa. The gated community was also lovely never felt so safe as it was 24/7 security. As for the villa itself it was perfect, great location near shops + restaurants. And only a short drive to parks. The nature of our visit was to see family. We arrived late evening and found the complex. The area w...as very clean and welcoming. We had to log into the reception and saw that they had an outdoor bar (Tiki bar), after such stress in the airport through customs we were ready for a drink. At the bar we was informed that we could order a takeaway and have this delivered to the house. (so rude not to, so we ordered a chinese). We then found the house and this was really clean and ready for us to move into. The kitchen was fully equipped with saucepans, plates, cutlery even down to teatowels. The following morning the pool cleaner came around and checked the levels. The property is very close to local shops and about 9 minute drive to Disney. We would recommend this property for families and hope to use again next year when we come back over. Read More

It was everything it was advertised to be. There were a few issues, which Maintenance had addressed,... and there were a few things out of place in the unit (i.e. two smoke detectors were hanging out of the wall, a tie back on one of the shower curtains was missing, a tassel from the desk runner was missing, a few of the decorative pillows and the table runners has very slight stains on them, there were crayon marks on the Princess room, and there were two nail marks: one in the Princess room and one in the sitting room, etc.) I had made a list of items that were not quite right, but I did not list them here, as they did not impact our stay; however, I made note of them because we were not at fault. I was a bit thrown off by the fact that I had to do the laundry. I have rented houses in the past, and yes I had to strip the sheets off of the beds and put the linens (towels and sheets) in the laundry room. The instructions at this house was that I had to have all of the laundry done for the most part; I was allowed to leave one load. I had ALL of the laundry done, only left one set of sheets in the washer that needed to be dried. I folded and put each set of sheets on the end of the bed. I WASHED all of the rugs sets from the bathrooms that had not been washed when we arrived. I had all of the dishes washed and put away, so the dishwasher was empty. The house pretty much looked like what we had walked into, the cleaning service only needed to do minimal cleaning. The other big issue is that I rented a grill, and was only able to use it twice, as there was a terrible fly problem. This was due to maggots being in the garbage can, and I called maintenance. They came and cleaned the can out. I do not believe that the previous people had put out the trash and was the source of the issue. I cleaned the grill the best that I could, but we even had flies in the screened in pool area, to the point that we never got to eat outside. I did like the house and I would recommend it to someone else, even with the small issues that I mentioned above.
