This villa is beautiful, and my group of 13 guys had a great time. We spent most of our time in the ...pool while at the house, but there was room for us to hang out inside for meals as well. I would recommend it to others with the following stipulations: - Ask the price for everything. In our case, we were told that we would have a chef, Butler/bartender, concierge, and house keepers. I assumed that was part of the cost of the rental, and did not ask about additional costs. The staff were all great (food was great, Butler/bartender catered to our every need, housekeepers were nearly invisible, concierge was always accessible)...but the chef and butler were an added cost. Meals at the house were more expensive than they likely would have been at local restaurants, but to be fair they were also great meals. Renting a xBox for 4 days cost $400 - we could have bought it for less. One of my friends got into a verbal altercation with the security guard at the front of the neighborhood because he didn’t know the name of our villa, and we were “fined” $1000 USD for it, which was charged to my credit card due to my pre-authorization. We were not able to reach the office by phone for my friend to try to apologize and he wound up having to pay me for the “fine”. Last, and most importantly, anything you pay by credit card other than the VRBO rental cost is assessed a 25% penalty. For example, a $4000 net bill at the end of the trip would be assessed a $1000 penalty if paid by card. The concierge told me repeatedly to “bring cash” but I didn’t understand that it was for all of the costs of the trip (groceries, alcohol, any “fine”, tip (10% of VRBO rental cost), etc). In fairness, the estimated cost for groceries was accurate and they provided receipts for all charges (except the $400 xBox rental, which was hand-written on an Office Max invoice). - Verify that everything advertised is in working order. On our trip, the projector bulb in the theater room was out, so the theater room was useless beyond sleeping. Also, the AC couldn’t run both downstairs and upstairs while all the lights were on, so the living room was pretty warm the whole time. Our last night, we lost all power for 15-20 minutes until one of my friends and the butler located the right breaker box among at least 3 of them and were able to trip them back on. All in all, it’s a good house, but be sure to ask the cost for everything and ask the condition of everything before making your decision. Read More

This property was amazing. Basically everything that the other reviews have said. We were at the pro...perty for my 50th birthday weekend with females age range from 23-55. I was initially avoiding the property as I thought it was going to be like a college frat house, as all the reviews were from males (for bachelor parties). NOT THE CASE. The house was gorgeous, super clean, spacious, up to date, beds were super comfy, infinity pool with view was amazing. Lay out of the house was impressive. Kitchen and dining were large enough to accommodate a sit down dinner for 20. We had several dinners prepared at the house which were exceptional - Thank You Chef! The staff was fabulous. Javier totally made the trip easy, fun, and memorable - arranging everything from airport transportation, dinner reservations, beach accommodations, tequila tastings, night club reservations, IV treatments etc. He was always quick to answer any questions, or requests we had. THANK YOU JAVIER! Yanathan our Butler was outstanding. He was with us everyday, making sure we had drinks, food, groceries, anything we needed he was more than happy to help us get. He also made sure we got home safely at night. We had a champagne party at the beach one night and he came with us carrying a case of glasses in one hand and a case of champagne in the other. He also took some amazing photos for us. At the end of the trip we were trying to figure out how to bring him back to California with us. THANK YOU YANATHAN!!! Wow, all the way around a great experience! We had a group of 17 guys and this place did not disappo...int. The location was within walking distance to everything, including the marina, an awesome hike, food, and all of the bars/clubs. The villa itself was beautifully kept and every detail seemed to be thought of. The pool and patio were ideal for relaxing or partying and the views were second to none. On top of that our main contact Javier was there to attend to every need we could have thought of and had the house fully stocked with food and booze before we arrived. He is the man to know in Cabo and has connections at all of the best clubs. Our butler was very attentive and was there to help make food, drinks and emergency alcohol runs. Each morning the house cleaning staff had the villa spotless and by the afternoon all beds were made. As the best man I had a lot of things to plan and consider but choosing this place seriously made my life a million times easier. We came to Villa Vegas Dave in late November and could not have had a better time. Cabo Platinum was... simply fantastic, from the booking process to booking activities on our behalf to the on site service including a concierge to pre stock the home with beers, liquor, snacks, dinner foods, etc, a butler who made us fresh squeezed drinks and prepared meals, and the maid service that kept the place spotless!. It was a bachelor party, so we needed the maids each morning. The home is incredible with ample sleeping room, perfect location (walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, and marina), and an awesome view. We could not have been happier with our choice. The house was more than accommodating for our needs of 16 guys looking to get into minimal amounts o...f trouble and maximum relaxation. The bedrooms are fantastic, the main floor/kitchen is incredibly useful and the pool deck comes with a commanding view and plenty space for relaxation and fun. The pool water could have been cleaner - but it did not stop us from spending time in there. Armando, Javier, Victor the chef, and all the maids were all incredible professionals and made our stay easy, enjoyable and met or exceeded all of our expectations. The location is key as we could easily walk into town to all of the restaurants and bars without the hassle of cabs and cars. When back in Cabo I will stay here again, so long as we can fill the huge house! Read More

When they say "there is no house like this as close to the Marina/Clubs" they are not lying. There i...s literally no place this big, beautiful, and conveniently located to all the Cabo action. Honestly, it is the perfect place for bachelor parties with a big group of guys. We had 16 guys in our group all in our early 30’s and we couldn't have asked for a better house. Besides the location, the highlight of the house is the infinity pool which overlooks the entire Marina and Downtown Cabo. We spent 50% of the time in warm pool drinking beers and just relaxing. When you have a view like this pool does there is really nothing more enjoyable to do. The Villa and pool are so nice, that when you bring girls back they are more impressed with the Villa than you, lol. The Villa is a simple 15-minute walk to the Marina and if you don’t feel like waking the butler will get you a car within minutes. The next most amazing thing about the place has to be the service. When I read that the place came with a butler I did not think that would be something we would use much but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Having a butler makes the stay so much more relaxing and convenient. Anything you need is just a question away. Our butler's name was Arturo and by the end of the trip, he was more of our friend than a butler. Arturo delivered on all aspects and was there to give us anything we needed a quickly as possible. No matter how messy we made the house it was back to tip top shape every day by 11am. The two maids that come with the house were great to have. They are like supercharged hotel maids that do the do an amazing job and are almost invisible doing it. Over the three days we were there we drank over 500 cans of beer but with Arturo and the maids cleaning up you would have thought it was a family with kids staying at the Villa. There is no doubt that when the bachelor party community finds this place it's going to become impossible to book. Sure there are bigger more elaborate Villas in Petegral, but all of them are on the other side of the mountain which means there are impossible to walk home to. Villa Vegas Dave is a great property in a perfect location with amazing views. The house was better ...than advertised and we truly enjoyed our time in Cabo. The pool deck is the absolute highlight of the house - plenty of space to relax, grill, and enjoy the Cabo weather. The house has 7 bedrooms and the theater - The beds are all very large and comfortable. Plenty of separate bedrooms for privacy and more than enough bathrooms, etc. for a large group up to 20. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fun. They were flexible and ensured that we had everything we needed and the house was always clean. The location is just inside the gates of Pedregal (right next door to The Resort at Pedregal) and it is very easy to get a cab or walk into the city/marina. This property was amazing. It's truly one of the most convenient locations, walking distance to ever...ything including a corner store a block away. Arturo the butler was an amazing add on and he and the concierge Javier made everything beyond easy and comfortable for our group. The house has a great layout and feel.
