     The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can prepare meals or snacks. An extended kitchen island seat 8 and faces a double sliding door leading straight to the pool deck and the Florida Sun. Or, perhaps everyone prefers to get comfy in the plush wrap-around couch before a wall-mounted TV screenand abuilt-in electric fireplace? For those who wish to withdraw forpleasant conversation, there is a sitting room next to the fine dining area that seats 10.

     On the first floor, you'll find a Master Ensuite (Bath&Shower Combo) Bedroom as well as a half bath. A Master Suite upstairs has a step-in shower, and a second King Ensuite Bedroom comes with a tub. The kids will be happy pirates and Princesses in the two themed bedrooms upstairs - each with two twin/twinbunk beds. Each kids' bedroom connects via Jack&Jill bathrooms to two Queen bedrooms. Every single bedroom includes a wall-mounted TV. For your convenience, the home also comes with a full washer & Dryer, Iron & ironing board.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm


• Check-out time is 10:00 am


• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed


• Tax is not included in nightly rates


• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays


• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents


• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote


• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival


• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.


• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.


• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.


• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.


• Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.


• The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
