ViIIa is located in a residential area close to the village of Jesus and just a short drive to Ibiza and Marina Botafoch. This amazing villa is surrounded by 6000 square meters of private Mediterranean gardens filled with beautiful flowers, fountains and also includes its very own football pitch.
The pool side is perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time with family and friends and is complimented by an exterior shower, dining area with BBQ, sink and fridge. Enjoy long lazy days bathing in the pool soaking in the Mediterranean sun.
The property has all the mod cons that you would expect to find including a modern fully equipped kitchen and household items, home appliances, laundry and a courtesy restroom. The interior of the villa is divided into two floors and wonderfully decorated.

Centrally located and quiet, very familiar and less t...han a 10-minute drive from downtown Ibiza.The villa has absolutely everything you need to not leave it, LOEWE amenities, fireplace, barbecue, hot tub, 7 double rooms with their private bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, the kitchen has all appliances in perfect working order...
