This marvelous villa is located in a natural area in San José, just a few minutes from Ibiza town sourounded by a wave of pines. The pool is prepared for kids as it incorpores a system that cover the surface when it is not being used.
In Ibiza Villa 1040 you have everything you need to have an excellent stay. The house has its own gym, playground, tennis court and private disco.
The villa has 6 main suites, all of them equipped with bathroom and dressing room. Also there is a suite junior with bathroom.
In addition to the 7 rooms within the villa, we can also find an independent apartment with 2 service quarters ,a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
