Overall, this house worked well for our family. It was not spotless, but felt “clean enough” to be c...omfortable. We discovered that several of the rooms were missing either a flat or fitted sheet under the comforter. Andy responded quickly to our request and brought more linens for us the next day. The communication could be improved as they dropped the ball on our pool heating request. We ended up missing two days of pool use, but eventually the pool was heated and we used it before we left. Andy was a great host! Communication was awesome! The house was huge and has everything you need in ...the kitchen. Only complaints is that the was not cleaned well and the up keep in the house was not to well. But Andy explained it was hard finding good housekeeping and maintenance at this time (which is totally understandable) but he had maintenance and house keeping come back out and try to resolve any issues we had immediately!
