We stayed at this property for a family reunion. It was as advertised but didn't have enough pots/pa...ns/utensils in the kitchen. The downside to this property and location is that no one enforces the quiet hours, there was music playing in the surrounding houses until 3am everyday we were there. As all families do we made it to the property and went straight to the pool, the pool was very nasty... and needed cleaning bad. Well we wanted to get in so we started cleaning it ourselves. We paid for a heated pool and it wasn’t heated. The jacuzzi tub was not working. Raquel did keep her commutation with us open. She did end up getting the pool heated but the jacuzzi never got fixed. She did return the money for the heated pool. They had towels... body & hand but no face rags. the floor was also dirty and needed a good mopping.... All in all we give this property 2.5 if these things are taken care of it’ll be a great place to stay but keep in mind we enjoy ourselves. Read More
