     This 9-bedroom luxury castle has over 10,000 square feet of living and recreation space. The features include:

Each master bedroom suite has its own private luxury bathroom and is designer-decorated for elegance and comfort. Sleeping up to 30 guests, this home provides bedrooms on both floors. Private and spacious living quarters include two highly themed rooms that can sleep up to 8 guests each.
For added comfort, Small World Castle's movie room is themed with three king-sized “boat” lounging beds that allow the entire family to watch movies all night long in comfort and relaxation. Guests can be completely immersed in the sights and sounds of a collection of the best movies and TV programs, displayed on a massive 200-inch screen.
     And don’t forget to go outside! The summer kitchen and lanai area provide shaded access to a large, fenced green space next to the family sized pool.
In addition to the fabulous Reunion Resort amenities described above, Small World Castle is proud to provide access to a private chef, personal transport, character dining, electric carts, bicycles and exclusive concierge services, all upon request for an additional fee through Jeeves’ world-class team.

     Downstairs Bedrooms:

The main master bedroom, also referred to as the Majestic Suite, is designed with the royalty of the family in mind. Once inside, marvel at the beautiful hand-decorated feature wall accenting the four poster king bed. Walk through double doors to a dedicated outside seating area for two, directly adjacent to the private garden and pool area. Watch American Bald Eagles and take in the glowing Florida sunrise while you enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or yoga routine. The bathroom suite has a private jacuzzi and a 15-foot dual shower with two entrances and 8 separate Grohe showerheads. At night, relax while watching your favorite shows and movies on a giant 85-inch Samsung 4k / ultra-high definition flat screen from a luxuriously dressed king-size bed. So you can each pamper yourselves in style, the suite has a private makeup area, wet bar with fridge, luxury chaise, massage chair, walk-in-closet, and dual sinks.
     A second downstairs master, named the Crown Suite, is also a king-size suite with a private luxury bathroom, curbless shower, large flat screen TV, a smart connection to all your favorite programming and location close to both the elevator and common-room wet bar area. This room was designed to accommodate all guests and is an ADA-compliant room.
     The third downstairs bedroom is referred to as the Wish Upon a Star Suite. It has two queen-sized beds, a flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. The suite is impeccably designed, featuring a calming sparkling wall. Its private bath boasts a luxury shower with two Grohe shower heads.
The downstairs is also home to a powder room, the gym facility and the main laundry. Elevator access (by special request) and baby guard fence for the upstairs are both available.

     Upstairs Bedrooms:

     The upstairs bedrooms are also designed for regal living. The Luxury Suite is located at the far-left corner of the castle complete with a luxury bathroom, two-person jacuzzi and luxury shower. On your private balcony, welcome every day with a sunny breakfast and view of the beautiful ecological reserve. Or end your day with an evening drink and enjoy the view of the magically lit pool and garden. This room also includes the convenient themed private nursery with a crib for the younger princess or prince of the family. The room houses two playpens for use anywhere on the castle property.
     The second king-sized bedroom upstairs is the Royal Blue Balcony Suite, directly above the Majestic Suite. This spacious luxury suite has its own private balcony with a seating area for 4 people overlooking the natural reserve and private green space and has a second private door that opens onto the fully screened-in party balcony for those impromptu games of ping-pong or air hockey. It also has a luxurious private bathroom complete with a six head shower for a fully immersive shower experience.
The third king-sized bedroom on the second level is the romantic Romeo and Juliet Suite, decorated in gold with both modern and classical design elements. The suite has a private Juliet balcony overlooking the front of the home. This suite shares a bath with, and adjoins, a second bedroom area with two twin beds (one is a trundle bed) and a private office nook with a personal computer.
The second floor is home to the enchanted wing of the castle, with two fantasy bedrooms and a collection of themed activity areas.
     The Superhero Suite has four full-sized beds set in a city filled with blasted rooms, jail cells and, of course, superheroes. The Castle Suite is set in medieval times with a castle, a princess carriage, a drawbridge and a secret climbing entrance that allows access to the second level of beds. In addition to being a sleeping area, the enclosed themed bunk beds and decorated walls provide a backdrop for hours of play and entertainment. Each bunk bed suite is equipped with its own technology station to charge electronic gadgets and devices as well as a large flat-screen TV. Both suites also have private bathrooms for optimal theme-park preparation and privacy.
     Guests enter the area through their own magical Main Street. The kid suites have separate entrances, but are connected via the princess karaoke tower complete with a chandelier, a stage, and three stunning larger than life images of the most well-known princesses. Hidden doors and secret passageways, in the kids’ suites and throughout the enchanted wing of the castle, lead to several recreation spaces that allow kids to explore and engage in imaginative play.
This area alone sleeps 16 comfortably with a total of 8 full-sized beds and one bonus twin bed in a princess carriage.
All suites have private secure safes for personal items.
The upstairs also has a powder room next to the theater and another laundry facility.

     Main Living Area:

Pass through the ornate front doors of the castle into a glistening entrance crowned with a large crystal chandelier. Visible from the foyer is one of the most spacious grand rooms in the entire area, designed and decorated by professionals to maximize luxury and the benefits of open design. The Grand room provides a sense of grandeur as well as warmth for large parties as well as smaller groups. Gather around the decorative fantasy fireplace and watch your favorite movies sitting on the room’s 3 large sofas, while watching a giant UHD flat screen television imbedded in the 12-foot decorative stone wall. A conveniently located wet bar, with an endless supply of ice, provides a great spot for drinks and snacks.

     Kitchen:

Small World Castle’s kitchen, beautifully integrated with the Grand room is specifically designed for family and friends to come together with plenty of space and comfort. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a double sized stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer and two cabinet drawer refrigerators providing plenty of space to stock enough food and beverages for your entire stay. Many area companies deliver high quality meals, wine and groceries directly to the castle doorsteps. Order ahead of time and come home to a fully stocked kitchen and bar. Or spoil yourself with Jeeves’ private chef service.
     The large granite island was handpicked and cut to allow for comfortable food preparation areas and space for over 8 guests (just at the countertop). In addition to the refrigerators and two dishwashers, the kitchen has all the essential items to make your foodie dreams come true, including: 8-burner gas stove with griddle and two gas ovens; silverware and cookware to spare; blenders and glassware, etc.

     Dining:

Large indoor dining table seats 16 people; kitchen-island off the dining area seats 8; Lanai table seats 8.

     Entertainment:

Small World Castle is unrivaled for entertainment. It was built for family quality time with fun and wonder around every corner. Every area of the home was designed to allow for relaxation, family activities and pure imagination.
     For the video and tech minded, each guest suite is equipped with a SMART flat screen TV preprogrammed with your favorite streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Also, Small World Castle comes with a hundreds of hours of privately owned viewing content ranging from the latest movies to Hollywood’s top blockbuster movies that can be enjoyed by the entire family. For broadcast, standard cable and around the clock sports and news, Small World Castle has AT&T Uverse (Directv). Small World Castle has installed an upgraded 1 GB of fiber Internet speed with over 7 Wifi nodes spread throughout the property, creating a robust environment for all of your devices. All of the flat screen TVs and movie room are directly connected to the Internet via network cables ensuring the best streaming quality possible. The downstairs Grand room has an 75 inch UHD TV and speakers throughout the main floor.
     The upstairs loft room has a u-shaped sectional couch and another UHD TV- perfect for watching a championship game or enjoying the castle’s Sony VR-enabled PS4 console with a variety of games. Other upstairs amenities include a full wet bar complete with drink refrigerator and microwave, foosball table, pool table, and two arcade video games.
     Just off the upstairs loft room is a large, screened-in party balcony with tall tables and barstools, air hockey table, ping-pong and another TV, so you can enjoy the fresh air and not miss one minute of the movie or game.
     On the other side of the loft room is the castle’s impressively themed home theater with a 200-inch projection screen, 6x leather recliners, 3x extra-large day beds, and a themed decorative boat.
     The enchanted area of the castle is an attraction unto itself. A miniature main street leads to two kids’ suites and a Karaoke tower. Hidden entrances lead to various play areas. Here is a glimpse of what you can expect to find:
An enchanted forest themed two-level playroom with a children's second story slide, conveniently located off of the loft area for parental supervision of little ones;
A galactic themed playroom equipped with 2x bean bag chairs, an oversized bean bag chair, a multi-arcade video game, and 2x space simulator games;
Themed hidden playrooms with flat screen TV, play kitchen or doll house that provide the backdrop for hours of fun and imaginative play.
And just so the adults don’t feel left out, there is a private observation tower on the third floor. A tall table and four chairs provide a private aerie for drinks or private conversations with a beautiful view of this very special area of the Reunion Resort.
Back on the first floor, guests of all ages can enjoy a private gym with a sauna, basketball court, flat screen TV, and state of the art equipment including treadmill, elliptical and three exercise bikes.

     Outdoor Living Space:

The outdoor recreational space at Small World Castle was specifically built to provide a very private and luxurious outdoor living experience for its guests. This area of the Reunion Resort is among the most private on the property and the pool and green space area of the castle takes full advantage.You will not see golf carts or guests traveling past this private oasis. At Small World Castle, we put an emphasis on privacy and can even arrange for additional security to make your stay as paparazzi-proof as possible.
     With this area set in the middle of nature, you will be able to enjoy the backdrop of the natural green forest canopy that abuts the property. Avian wildlife, including American Bald Eagles, are frequently seen here and can be observed from the gently lit garden.
With a south-facing orientation, the site for Small World Castle was specifically chosen to accommodate an approximately 100-foot long pool. It is strategically placed so that part of the pool has sunlight at almost any time during the day, including during a breathtaking sunset. But as an additional feature, it is one of the only pools in the area that extends into the covered lanai area, so those who want to stay out of the sun can relax in the shaded part of the pool while watching their family members enjoy the sun. At night, the large pool acts as a peaceful reflecting pool for the moon and surrounding naturescape. To add to the atmosphere, the pool has five glowing sculpted glass waterfalls that delicately illuminate the entire area, making every night a magical experience.
At the very back of the property, you will find an easy-light fire pit surrounded by Adirondack rocking chairs. The entire family can gather around the fire enjoying the lit garden and pool while snacking on s’mores.
