We s...pent 4 nights in this home and despite exploring Disney World, Disney Springs, the Water Park nearby etc. our entire family found this home to be our favourite part of our holiday! We hosted a family reunion - there were 18 of us ranging from 9 to 70 years of age - and we had a wo...nderful time staying here! The decor was spot on - elegant yet comfortable! And the every convenience was though of in this house. The game room, pool , cinema, and half basketball court was a huge hit with the kids! For a bit of clarity the Frozen theme room had 4 twin beds (two sets of bunks) and each bunk had a trundle bed - so you could sleep 6 in this room. The Pirate room had 2 full beds on top and two pull out trundle beds on the bottom - so 4 if only one person slept in each full bed in the ship. The houses in the neighborhood set close to each other - but at this time there is an empty lot next to this house. But keep this in mind for parking - some of us had to part on the street. Everything was top notch, the few issues we had were resolved immediately by the property management... company. We flew from the UK and stayed at this magical villa for just over one week for a family reunion. Th...e villa is beautifully furnished for both kids and adults with a wealth of thoughtful and practical features. The themed rooms were a massive hit and the ‘Mickey hunt’ was a fun way to explore the house on our first evening. This is most certainly a rental. Could use a little TLC after what I suspect is a few years of heavy... guest traffic. I think it's a great option for kids 6-early teens. The 4 and 11 year old kids were pretty bored by the end of the week. If you are doing theme park excursions a few times a week this is a great option to get away from the crowds.
