     This gorgeous 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home has achieved the "Grand" status for several reasons! The professional, upgraded furniture package is outstanding and includes upgraded patio furniture. The stunning, huge dining room table will be a focal point for gathering together during meal times.

     Families will have access to two high chairs, one toddler seat, and one crib. There is a 1st-floor game room featuring billiards, table tennis, and air hockey.

     Entertain in the formal living room or relax and catch a movie in the upstairs lounge area. All of the uniquely-styled bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV.

     There is no need to pack extra clothes as there is a full-size washer and dryer. And, to ensure you stay connected, there is FREE WiFi.

     The kitchen has several upgrades such as granite countertops along with stainless steel appliances. The pool AND spa will be a huge hit.

     All will enjoy splashing around for hours, working on that perfect tan, and relaxing in the hot tub, or unwinding after exploring Orlando's parks.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

Please note our special deposit and cancellation policy for our guests who stay 28 days and longer, we welcome you! 

Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay. 

When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.

If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
