Stay on the beautiful Victoria, Canada waterfront in a well-appointed apartment for less than the price of a hotel room. The historic late 19th-century Leister building has undergone a full renovation, completed in 2008. It is located near the corner of Yates and Wharf in the middle of Victoria’s thriving water front scene of museums, restaurants, and shops.
The loft has all the modern conveniences and comforts with all the old school charm for which Victoria is known. As you enter the unit you will find a fully-stocked kitchen on your right, that includes a dishwasher. The living room features the original raw brick walls and 5 foot window with views towards the Inner Harbor and mountains. The living room includes a dining area and a television with built in DVD. There is a pull out couch with double-size mattress and a chest of drawers. The bathroom features a bath with shower.
The bedroom is located above in the loft; it has a Queen size bed and full closet. There is also a washer and dryer adjacent to the loft. The units include cable television and wireless high-speed internet. The building is very secure with locked gate; accessibility is convenient to the units via an elevator. There is a pay parking lot across the street from the building, but all of the key features of Victoria are within walking distance of the unit or nearby public transit routes. You will feel at home in our Vancouver Island Apartment 1010.
