Mladotice 8 km from Písek: Small, modern house "Jihočeský kraj Villa 1005", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2019, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, along the wooded area, in the countryside. For shared use: property 400 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, pond. Badminton. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. Nearby attractions: Hrad Strakonice 17 km, Hrad Zvíkov 25 km, Zámek Orlík 29 km, Golf Resort Písek/Kestřany 15 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. House is built in a minimalist Scandinavian "hygge" style where only natural materials are used.
