Hillside situated and quiet location with wonderful panoramic view to the Rinderberg, the village of Zweisimmen and the nearby heliport. Terrace with sunshade (especially afternonn/evening sun), garden furniture and barbecue. 1 uncovered parking space is available. Approximately 15 minutes by foot (1 km) to the train station of Zweisimmen and different shopping facilities. There are 19 steps leading down from the parking to the apartment on the lower ground floor.
Living-/dining room with open-plan kitchen (furnished with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fondue-, raclette-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 1 bedroom (without door) with grand-lit (140x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Store room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment disposes of an individual adjustable floor heating. WiFi.
