Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 16.5 km, restaurant 3.8 km, railway station "Tarquinia" 3.8 km, sandy beach 2.5 km. Golf course 500 m. Nearby attractions: Civitavecchia 23 km, Pescia Romana 27 km, Leopoli Cencelle 27 km, Viterbo 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The structure advertised by us consists of the main body that houses up to twenty-two people and an apartment for two people, always inside the structure, equipped with a kitchenette.
