     5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Mansion 5327.

     Located just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, this luxury villa is located in Solterra Resort. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away.

     Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe where you can enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!

Please Note - Construction of new homes is taking place in the surrounding area.

     Welcome to Hollywood Villa, a unique vacation home that will take you into the world of your favorite movies with the 14 themed bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. This 6250 sq ft home has the ideal location, in Solterra Resort this home isn’t far from Orlando’s world-famous attractions, such as Disney World.

     As you make your way inside, you’ll feel as if you are walking down the red carpet at a movie premiere or award show. Everyone will have plenty of open space to gather downstairs, with the open layout there’s lots of seating both in the living area and dining area. You’ll love the massive kitchen with bar seating for a more casual place to dine. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space to prepare your favorite meal.

     All the bedrooms in this home are custom built and have the finest touches, you’ll be taken to the world of your favorite movies with these themed rooms. You can also watch your favorite movies, or shows, in each room, which are equipped with Large TVs. Get your game on upstairs in the loft with the new Halo Fire-team Raven virtual arcade video game.

  • A mandatory refundable (subject to post-departure inspection) security deposit of $750 is required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.

  • Please note this home does not provide access to a garage.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm

  • Check-out time is 10:00 am

  • All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

  • Tax is not included in nightly rates

  • There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays

  • Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival

  • Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote

  • Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
