65 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 150 m, common beach, shallow, hard sandy bottom 2 km away, no boat.
Two-storey log villa built 2020. On the main floor living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bed room double sofa bed, loft with sloping ceilings (highest point 1,5 m) 2 beds, shower room (1 shower and WC), separate toilet, sauna (electric stove), large terrace (90 m²).
Downstairs carport and storage space. The villa has a water-circulating air heat pump only for heating (no cooling system) and the fireplace is a non-reservoir fireplace. Stylish new villa with a great view to Lake Syvärijärvi. Location in quiet cottage area, yet all services are almost within walking distance: shop 800 m, restaurant 800 m, Piazza and the hotel Tahkovuori 1 km, Tahko Spa 900 m, nearest ski lift 1 km, golf course 1 km (Old Course) and 8 km (New Course). Tahko Event park 800 m.
Bookings start on arrival day at 16.00 and end on departure day at 12.00 (applies also to weekend bookings).
