40 km North-East of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 3,5 km, swimming beach 5 km. Log duplex apartment, built 2010. Livingroom/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds downstairs. Loft with one bedroom (no window) with 2 beds and a lobby with 3 beds. Electric sauna, washing room, two toilets (one in the washing room, one on the loft).
High chair and travel bed for a baby, child safety gates on stairs. Homely duplex apartment in a new holiday apartment area in Ylläsjärvi village near Maisematie scenic road. Floor area downstairs 59 m² and loft 11 m². Location ideal for winter sports. No pets allowed. 3G coverage with own USB modem it is possible to use internet (NO internet connection in the apartment). Final cleaning is included in the price, bed linen available for rent.
