Dining room 13 m2. 2 rooms 12 m2, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen 19 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Wooden floors. Large balcony 24 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the city. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
