3-room apartment 85 m2, lower ground floor. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room 28 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 19 m2 with 1 bed (70 cm, length 140 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen).
Exit to the terrace. 1 children's room 7 m2, without wardrobe with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen 11 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small bar, radio. Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, children's high chair, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free).
Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
The nursery is a walk-through room. The sauna is an infrared heating cabin. Storage room for bicycles available. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults and 2 children. Child friendly 3-family house "Nordrhein-Westfalen Villa 1004". Above Brakel (Altstadt), on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: central heating system.
