This gorgeous two bedroom villa with communal pool located just 2 minutes'walk from the seashore and within 10 minutes' walk from Potamos traditional harbor in Ayia Thekla features an outdoor patio with a large BBQ area and a sun terrace with outdoor dining and lounge area.
Ayia Napa Villa 1363 is modernly decorated, fully air-conditioned and equipped to make sure that you stay will be outstanding. The centre of Ayia Napa is about 10 minutes drive away, while the beaches of Agia Thekla, Makronissos and Nissi can be reached within a 5 minutes' drive. Larnaca International Airport is 45 km away.
A free parking is available on site. Ayia Napa Villa 1363 is part of Ionion Residences, a quiet gated residential complex ideal for families and couples.
The ground floor features an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and sofa set with a single sofa bed as well as one twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The upper floor offers a comfortable master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious veranda with distant seaviews equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs.
Ayia Napa Villa 1363 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, and offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, parking and access to a communal pool that is shared by only few villas. The villa also offers an inflatable hot-tub suitable for up to 4 persons.
Ayia Napa Villa 1363 is located in a quiet area of Ayia Thekla, a ten minutes'walk from Potamos Fishing Shelder and two minutes'walk to the beach. Ayia Thekla Beach and Makronissos Beach and the famous Nissi Beach, all with fine white sand and crystal clear blue waters are about 5 minutes' drive from the villa.
