Beautiful, cosy cottage "Ca' du Pillin", built in 2017, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 6 km from the centre of Finale Ligure, 10 km from the centre of Varigotti, 20 km from the centre of Savona, in a secluded position on a slope, 6 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, small, well-kept garden with lawn, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 500 m, railway station "Finale Ligure" 8 km, sandy beach "Finale Ligure" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Guests can use the swimming pool and restaurant and other services of the "San Martino" campsite at approx. 500 m (for a fee).
