6.5 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 20 km, pond Koukkulampi, sandy/mud beach, pier.
Stylish and well equipped villa, built in 2005. Spacious and bright living room, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds, bedroom 3: sofa bed for 2, mattress for 2, combined kitchen, large utility room, sauna (electric stove), 2 showers, dressing room, large terrace.
The third bedroom has an office desk, desktop computer with external monitor, printer and scanner. The cottage has a Wifi connection, so it is well suited for teleworking, for example.
Stylish villa, situated by the pond Koukkulampi, scenic and peaceful location. Kuusamo outdoor and recreational areas are in the immediate vicinity. Excellent opportunities for hiking and fishing. Spa Kuusamo Tropiikki, golf course and Angry Birds Activity Park only 2 km away.
Villa is also suitable for small groups and for business meetings. Meeting facilities; internet (cable and wlan), pc, printer and photocopying. Dataprojector, screen and flipchart by prior agreement. Two TVs (65" and 32"), PlayStation.
Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 27 km, Riisitunturi National Park 48 km.
Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
