Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.2-family house "Florence Villa 1069", 450 m a.s.l.. 7 km from the centre of Dicomano, 14 km from the centre of Rufina, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, terraced garden (not fenced), natural garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Breakfast and half board on request (extra). 600 m long steep, narrow motor access (600 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, railway station "Contea Londa" 5 km.
