This spacious three bedroom villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay on Hamilton Island a positively memorable experience. From the fully inclusive meet-and-greet at the Airport or Ferry Terminal and transfer to the villa, to the complimentary use of an electric 4-seater golf buggy, your stay at Whitsunday Islands Apartment 1012 One is designed to help you ease into a fabulous holiday of relaxation and fun in the sun.
You will appreciate the stunning views from the spacious balcony, which comes furnished with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table for eight, and a good size BBQ for that complete al-fresco dining experience. From the balcony large sliding doors take you into the modern open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, where you will find everything you need for cooking, entertainment and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you need to create a magnificent meal, while the six-seater dining table will easily accommodate that family meal, or the get-together with good friends. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, and is the perfect place to be entertained with the help of the large flat-screen TV, the DVD player or the stereo system.
Combining rest and relaxation with style and spaciousness, the master bedroom opens up to the balcony, and is furnished with a comfortable king sized bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed which can be split to 2 single beds upon request plus a trundle bed. These bedrooms share the main bathroom, which comes with a large bath and shower. A quality single blow up bed, cot or high chair can be arranged upon request.

The only thing we have to comp...lain about is the paperwork they ask you to do before arrival is astronomical and they still got our arrival and departure times wrong (nothing to do with home owner). The property is great. Plenty of room, good facilities, the pool is nice and the location it great. ...The checkout process not so good. Paperwork and verbal instructions were check out and pick up at 11:00am. A text message on the last night advised that checkout was an hour earlier at 10:00am due to a late booking. As we'd made arrangements for that morning that couldn't be changed, we couldn't do this. A text message war ensued (as he wouldn't answer his phone) with me being threatened with extra charges should I not comply. I even sent a photo of the paperwork that stated 11:00am checkout. Bad luck, things change, don't care about your paperwork, we have a late booking so get out or we'll debit your credit card. Disgraceful, unlawful and totally unacceptable. Please don't let this put you off staying at what is a great property. I'm sure it's a one-off, and we'd happily return. Read More

Our three generation family loved the relaxed feel and clean spacious rooms of Heliconia One. The me...et and greet service and buggy was particularly appreciated by two older members of our group suffering from long haul jetlag! We thoroughly recommend this comfortable clean house which is close to the Marina and Yacht club. We were especially impressed by the housekeeping who immediately supplied two missing beach towels on request. Two small niggles were the Foxtel which needed retuning everyday and took an hour to do, and the lack of wifi. Overall a beautifully clean and comfortable holiday house. Read More
