The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large, bright living area with living room, fireplace, dining table and open kitchen. It also has a separate TV room for film enthusiasts. The apartment particularly impresses with its spacious terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. At 166 square yards, the apartment is very spacious. Two bedrooms are on the same floor as the living area. Another bedroom is located directly under the roof. The apartment extends over two floors. The south-facing bedroom has a water bed (79x87 in.) with separate mattresses. The second bedroom has a king-size box spring bed (71x79 in.). In the third bedroom in the attic there are two single beds (35x79 in.) available. Another single bed for children can be prepared if necessary. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is equipped with a double sink, washlet and a bathtub. The bathtub is only suitable for bathing. A special highlight is the large and sun-drenched terrace with a magnificent view of the valley, mountains, village and the lake. In the middle of the living area, the fireplace catches the eye. The living area with an open kitchen is equipped with a dining table, sofa and a stereo with record player. The apartment also has a separate TV room, which makes it possible to linger in the comfortable living area with a wonderful panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso-coffee machine, induction hob, baking oven, microwave and dishwasher. Typically Swiss: a cheese fondue set and a raclette oven are available in the apartment. A washing machine is available in the house. Skis, bikes or hiking boots can be deposited in the garage. The spacious vacation apartment "Penthouse Brugg," with its wonderful view, is located near the village center. The attic apartment has 3 bedrooms, a 36 square yard terrace and offers space for 6 people on 166 square yards. Amden is almost 3281 feet above sea level and offers a wide range of leisure activities between the mountains and the Walensee in both summer and winter. The area around Amden and Weesen offers the perfect interplay of alpine mountain surroundings and a wonderful lake in the midst of the mountain scenery. In spring, summer and autumn, the locations around the Walensee are very popular hiking destinations. There are 112 miles of marked hiking trails on site. In winter, the tranquil ski area is particularly suitable for beginners. The ski school provides you with the perfect conditions in the Amden-Arvenbüel ski area. The area also offers many opportunities for winter hiking and snowshoeing through wintry landscapes. Amden is also well located for excursions to these regions: Heidiland, Glarnerland and the Town of Roses Rapperswil on the Zürichsee as well as the cities of Zürich and Chur are within easy reach. The vacation apartment is not far from the village center. The center with bakery, tourist information, indoor swimming pool/sauna, restaurants, shops (also on Sundays) and the Mattstock chairlift can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A private garage and an outside parking space are available. The nearest bus stop "Amden, Brugg" is 219 yards away.
